WHAT DO WE DO?

The “Smart Building – Wooden Construction” program bases the construction of prefabricated houses on the use of KVH Holz panels. KVH is a high-tech wood product belonging to the Engineered Wood Products group. KVH construction timber holds the German Quality Certificate (Zertifikat KVH MPA Stuttgart). The price per square meter of such a house is often much lower than the price of a traditionally built house, yet the quality of workmanship and durability of the materials remain at the highest level. Using KVH wood, we can take advantage of advanced computer-controlled production technologies with almost unlimited possibilities needed to create a finished product. Thanks to these methods, creating the perfect house for a client takes just under a quarter of a year. Utilizing the best technologies greatly simplifies the work involved in building a house, meaning the client does not have to worry about unexpected obstacles and problems associated with construction. All structural elements of our houses are made in accordance with European standards and fire protection norms. Each element meets the quality and fire requirements, including those required in multi-family and public utility buildings.
